I don't have a
PayPal account. Can I still make a purchase?
Yes. Even though we
use PayPal as our online credit/debit card processor, on the checkout
page you will be given the choice of paying through a PayPal account
or via credit card, debit card or eCheck. If you do not have a
PayPal account, simply select the 'pay by card/eCheck' option.
How long does it
take you to process my order?
If you are ordering cards to support an existing fundraiser, we
normally ship within 2 business days, unless the fundraiser is in
progress or unless we have not received fundraiser artwork. You will be notified when
your order ships so that you have tracking information and our contact
information.
Do you accept Mail Orders?
Yes, we accept mail orders
(in the event you are uncomfortable purchasing with a credit or debit
card over the internet, or if you do not have a credit or debit card,
as examples).
To generate a mail order, we ask that you go through the ordering
process online. Complete all steps prior to the step requesting
credit card information. Then, simply print your screen. This
information will act as your order. (Make sure that your
shipping charges are included in the total. Mail orders without
added shipping charges will not be processed, and could hold up
receiving your order while we contact you and wait for shipping
payment to arrive.) Then, on the order sheet, make sure that you print
your name and shipping address. We recommend that you enclose a
daytime phone number also in case we need to reach you (not required).

Money orders receive immediate processing. Checks will
require a 1-week delay while we wait for your check to process.
How much are shipping
charges?
Shipping charges are computed as
follows:*
Orders to $25.00: $5.95
Orders $25.01 to $60.00: $8.95
Orders $60.01 to $100.00: $10.95
Orders $100.01 to $150.00: $12.50
Orders $150.01 and up: $14.95
Methods of
shipping:*
1 to 2 boxes: USPS Priority Mail
3 or more boxes: USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground
* Shipping method is determined by the current price charged by
the USPS and UPS, with the least expensive method selected.
Given that shipping rates continue to vary frequently, we reserve the
right to ship with either carrier depending on the prices charged to
us.
International Orders:
International orders are processed and completed without shipping
charges added. We will compute shipping amount to locations
outside the US and send a PayPal Money Request to you for actual
shipping charges. If you wish us to complete your order to be
shipped outside the US, simply pay the requested amount. If
you do not wish to pay the additional requested shipping charges,
and therefore wish to cancel your order, please contact us, and we
will refund the amount of your paid order.

Planet Online (HPO LLC)" on my credit card statement?
Your credit card/ bank statement will
reflect this purchase was made via PayPal from "Healthy Planet
Online." Healthy Planet Online, LLC, is our parent company.
